Canadian leaders are facing a landscape marked by rising uncertainty, economic volatility, and rapid workplace shifts. Whether it’s navigating organizational change, responding to team burnout, or staying grounded amid constant pressure, today’s leadership challenges demand more than technical skills—they require emotional intelligence, adaptability, and courage.
Leading Through Challenging Times is Padraig’s custom-designed, coach-led leadership development program built specifically to support leaders during difficult periods like these. Through a blend of live workshops and coach-led peer brainstorming, leaders gain practical strategies to lead with clarity, communicate effectively, and build personal and team resilience—skills that are more critical now than ever before.
This public cohort program brings together leaders from a range of industries and sectors, creating a rich learning environment where participants connect with peers, share real experiences, and apply what they learn to their day-to-day challenges.
Program Structure
Three live workshops delivered by experienced leadership coaches:
1. Change Leadership
Learn to guide teams through change and uncertainty using proven models and tools. Reduce resistance, build engagement, and turn disruption into opportunity.
2. Essential Conversations
Develop the confidence and skill to address difficult topics early. Practice a respectful, clear approach to communication that strengthens relationships and drives accountability.
3. Resilient Leadership
Explore resilience as both a trait and a skill using Padraig’s proprietary resilience assessment. Learn strategies to sustain energy, manage stress, and model resilience for your team.
Coach-led Peer Brainstorming between workshops.
Small-group coaching sessions offer space to reflect, troubleshoot, and integrate learning into real-life leadership challenges. These peer-based sessions are coach-led and deepen the impact of the program.
