Choose one of two interactive workshops designed to advance both coaching practice and coaching business. Each session offers practical tools, peer learning, and immediately applicable insights.

The Embodied Coach: Exploring Nature & Somatic Practices

Facilitators: David Graham, M.A., MCC & Simon Goland, Ph.D., PCC

This experiential workshop invites coaches to explore two powerful and complementary approaches that move beyond cognition into deeper, embodied transformation.

Nature Coaching draws on the clarity, creativity, and perspective that emerge when we step away from screens and into the natural world—whether in a forest, park, or backyard. Somatic Coaching accesses the body’s wisdom through movement, breath, and awareness, unlocking insights that thinking alone can’t reach. Together, these approaches support more grounded presence, deeper client awareness, and sustainable growth for coaches themselves.

Designed to be both practical and nourishing, this workshop offers tools you can integrate directly into your coaching practice—while also supporting your own resilience and development.

This workshop includes:

    • Key theory, history, and practical examples
    • Small-group coaching experiences and guided explorations in nature
    • A live somatic coaching demonstration
    • Interactive dialogue and reflection

Participants will leave with fresh perspectives, embodied practices, and expanded capacity to support meaningful change.

Building Your Coaching Business

Being a strong coach is only part of the equation. Building a sustainable coaching business requires clarity, confidence, and practical business skills—yet many coaches are left to figure this out on their own.

This highly practical workshop is designed for executive and leadership coaches selling services directly to individuals. Whether you’re launching your business or feeling stuck despite experience and credentials, the session focuses on what actually works in marketing, sales, and pricing—without pressure tactics or inauthentic self-promotion.

Through real-world insight, peer dialogue, and hands-on application, participants will explore ethical, values-aligned approaches to attracting clients, enrolling them with confidence, and building momentum.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

    • Clarify a simple, sustainable solopreneur business model (Canadian context)
    • Identify and articulate a clear ideal client and core offering
    • Engage in ethical, human-centred sales conversations
    • Understand foundational marketing strategies that generate consistent client flow
    • Increase confidence in pricing, positioning, and enrollment
    • Leave with a practical 90-day action plan to grow your coaching practice
